Yesterday our Byron Bay students had the opportunity to create healthy Bliss Balls!
Bliss balls AKA protein balls or energy balls are small bite-sized snacks that include healthy, energy giving ingredients.
Usually they will include oats, nuts, seeds, dried fruits and natural sweeteners.
They are super easy and fun to make !
Our students had the option to follow a recipe or create their own wild and wonderful flavours. Most opted to get creative and make their own flavours.
The flavours included chocolate mint, cranberry, almond and pistachio, peanut maple and chocolate coconut.
The students had a great time creating the bliss balls and eating them! We followed a loose recipe, adding and taking away ingredients to perfect the consistency and flavour.

The students then wrapped their fresh bliss balls up to eat as delicious snacks for the afternoon!
