Key Responsibilities:
- Provide our customers with a memorable shopping experience, offering expert guidance and solutions tailored to their needs.
- Show customers how to maximise their device’s features, ensuring they get the most out of their technology.
- Offer basic smartphone repair services and help our customers identify their device issues and needs.
- Collaborate with the store manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the store.
- Efficiently process orders, both in person and over the phone, demonstrating strong point-of-sale (POS) skills for timely deliveries and enhanced customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an attractive and organised store layout through effective visual merchandising to enhance the shopping experience.

Warehouse Night Packer
Casual Position
This position involves unloading and reloading our trucks as they arrive back at our Kunda Park depot.
No experience is necessary, all training will be given on site.
No heavy lifting, all necessary lifting equipment is on site.
A forklift license would be a bonus; however, it is not essential.
The applicant must be able to follow instructions and work within a well-established team.
The position is suitable for:
- Senior school students (start is 3.30pm)
- International uni students (must have current work visa)
- Overseas back packers (must have current work visa).
- Anyone that wants a job and wants to work
Steel capped boots are essential.
Monday to Friday 3.30pm to 7.30pm
