ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
NORTEC are expanding their vibrant Small Business Solutions Unit to service the NSW Government ‘Business Connect’ Program. We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to provide information to potential clients enquiring about NORTEC’s programs. The position will be required to work 30 hours per week from Monday to Friday. Key duties include: – Accurately recording and processing enquiries as per contracts and internal processes. – Manage online and offline marketing, liaising with NORTEC’s marketing team. – Provide event management and logistical support as required including attendee registrations. – Assist and support NORTEC’s small business advisors, providing administrative/ reporting services that support the achievement of Company, Unit and contract objectives. – Accurate and efficient management of databases. – Contribute as a team member to successful company performance and achievement of individual key performance indicators.
