There was a great turn out of students for our afternoon yoga nidra meditation for illumination and bliss.
Dominic provided an overview of the yoga nidra technique and introduced the recorded meditation guide, Mark Purser.
Mark is a local yoga and meditation instructor at the Bamboo Yoga School, only a 15-minute walk away from our campus along Bangalow Road.
Mark generously provides a free guided yoga nidra meditation on the Insight Timer website and app, and this was used for our meditation activity.
The best part is that Mark also offers a free in-person yoga nidra community class every Wednesday afternoon from 1-1:45pm. So, students that enjoyed the activity could continue practising for free every Wednesday after class.
