Last Friday at Lexis Byron Bay, we enjoyed tasting some of Australia’s best wine and cheese!

Wine And Cheese Tasting!

Byron Bay students indulged in a delightful wine and cheese tasting event. Attendees had the opportunity to indulge in a wide variety of Australian wines and cheeses. The event showcased the rich and diverse flavors of Australian wine, ranging from crisp and citrusy Sauvignon Blanc to full-bodied and robust Pino Noir.

The cheese selection was equally impressive, featuring creamy and tangy blue cheeses, velvety brie, and sharp cheddar. Guests savored the exquisite pairings of wine and cheese, immersing themselves in a truly unforgettable culinary experience.
