After the placement test and orientation, we embarked on a walking tour around Byron Bay town to help students get familiar with their new surroundings. It was a beautiful, sunny, and hot day—perfect weather for exploring and enjoying the beach. Along the way, students discovered some great spots to visit, including cozy cafes, vibrant shops, and scenic viewpoints. They even had the chance to spot some local wildlife, which added a unique touch to their first day.
To make the experience even sweeter, the group stopped for ice cream on the way back, taking a moment to relax and soak in the lively atmosphere of Byron Bay. It was the perfect way to kick off their new adventure, leaving everyone excited for the days ahead in this beautiful coastal town!
