This afternoon we went on a little walk adventure.
The Byron Bay water tower is close to school (up the hill), and you have amazing 360 degree view over Byron Bay. From up there, you can see the lighthouse, Wategos Beach, Tallows Beach, the Arakwal national park and Main Beach. This was a great speaking exercise for the students and a great way to get to know a few students from the other classes.
The students were very excited to spot whales from the lookout.
We had a coffee at the nearby coffeeshop “Top Shop”, a very famous Byron café.
