This week, our Elementary class has been studying food so it was the perfect excuse for an excursion to the local farmers market.
Serena, their teacher, gave them a worksheet to complete that involved asking stallholders questions about prices and produce. They also had to find 5 new items that the didn’t know the name of.
Of course, there was also time to sample all the delicious food and get together and discuss what they’d discovered.
Finally, Junior took on local legend Kool with a hulu hoop challenge!
