Each year, Noosa hosts one of Australia’s top musical events, the Noosa Jazz Festival.
The Noosa Jazz Festival incoporates more than 90 jazz sessions, held at restuarants and outdoor areas all over the Noosa area. You need to buy a ticket for some events, but many are also free to attend.
The quality of the Jazz and Blues music is fantastic, with the best groups from Australia and many from around the world playing. If you are a fan, or it you want to learn more about these kinds of musical styles, make sure you get along to as many sessions as possible!

There are also great volunteer work opportunities at the festival. Volunteers can do a range of work, and receive a t-shirt, as well as 2 day passes to the events of your choice.
