What will you do?

As a Sales Associate, you will provide quality customer service, keep your store looking great, and deliver the ultimate EB Experience.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Providing outstanding customer service
  • Achieving sales and KPI targets
  • Maintaining in-depth and accurate knowledge of products and current promotions
  • Assisting with day to day store operations
  • Maintaining the store’s appearance and organisation to a high standard
  • Inventory control and loss prevention
  • Displaying an attitude and behaviour that reflects our EB Ethos

You application will be used to potentially fill positions in the above listed store as well as the many surrounding stores in the region.

This is a seasonal position and successful applicants can expect to be offered shifts throughout September 2021 until January 2022.

We are looking for staff that are full of vitality and want to ‘WOW’ their customers.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Commitment to providing exceptional service based on meeting the needs of the customer
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to solve or escalate problems that may arise, such as resolving customer complaints

Rosters are planned a fortnight in advance but you can set your availability on the Emprevo App to allow your managers to know of your availability to pick up extra shifts when they become available.
