Reporting to the Store Manager the Casual Retail Assistant is responsible for providing exceptional customer experience to our shoppers and fans.
We are seeking casuals to join our teams at our beautiful franchise stores in Queensland. You will be asked to advise your preferred stores on application:
- Mt Gravatt
- Browns Plains
Successful candidates will be provided with training on our beautiful products, but prior experience in retail customer service is essential.
The Role:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Have a passion for selling and achieving/exceeding sales targets
- Show initiative and be a great team player
- Demonstrate attention to detail
- Advocate best practice and adherence of Company policies

The Individual:
- Proven experience working in a customer service environment
- Experience working with targets and KPI’s
- Outstanding communication skills
- A retail background is an advantage but not essential
