We had the ever popular activity of pizza making at Lexis Byron Bay today!
Initially we only had 8 students who arrived on time! However once the cooking started we had over 18 students join in the fun 😃
Everyone helped out in preparing the ingredients and had their own job to do.
The students worked together in 2 separate teams. One group were the vegetarians, the other were the people who ate meat.
The ingredients we used were:
- pizza bases
- garlic
- tomato paste
- BBQ sauce (optional)
- cheese
- olives
- salt and pepper
- capsicum
- tomatoes
- mushroom
- salami (optional)
The longest (and hardest part) was waiting for the pizzas to cook in the oven!
The best part was everyone sitting down to eat together on the long tables outside 😊
