What: Christmas In Eumundi

When/Where: Friday 6 December – 5-8pm – 80 Memorial Drive, Eumundi

Description: Friday December 6 in Eumundi is the place to be as we celebrate ‘Christmas In Eumundi’.

Find Jeremiah Johnson on main stage with his detailed lyrics, memorable stories and noteworthy guitar playing. Roaming accordion duo Rubatuba will be entertaining visitors with their lively and visual performance, performing a variety of music styles with origins connected to dance, including gypsy, French classics, Italian, Celtic, Latin and Classical.

Greet Santa as he arrives on the Eumundi Fire Truck at approximately 5.30pm. He’ll then be available for photos which you can take home on the night for just $5.00.

Get your groove on at the free’n’funky 3D laser disco show from 5pm and experience all the magic, wonder and surprises with Miss Donna’s Magical Christmas Show at 7pm.

Your tastebuds will love Friday evening too – with delicious fare from all corners of the globe. There’ll be a selection of art and craft stalls so come along for some retail therapy under the stars.

What: Night's on Ocean Carnivale Twilight Markets

When/Where: Friday 6 December – From 5-9pm – Ocean Street, Maroochydore 


Come Join us as Ocean Street comes ALIVE with a fiesta of Culture and Colour, celebrating the unique customs and cuisines from around the globe on the first Friday of every month.
This will Lead up to the cultural event of the year, the spectacular Worlds Festival.
Now, The Iconic NIGHTS on OCEAN is a feast for the senses, a smorgasbord of INTERNATIONAL STREET FOOD VENDORS, handcrafted goods of desire and incredible LIVE MUSIC.


What: Sunshine Coast Forest Market

When/Where: Saturday 7 December – 7am-12pm – Boolhill Wellness Centre, Ballinger Rd, Buderim

Description: The Sunshine Coast has a whole new unique artisan for you to explore!

Fresh, spray-free produce; delicatessen and gourmet goods; quality arts, crafts, jewellery and gifts; hot food, coffee and MORE is all in store at the new Forest Market. There is plenty of entertainment and fun for the kids.

Bloomhill Cancer Care is proud to host the Forest Market in the beautiful surrounds of its Wellness Centre on Ballinger Road. All proceeds from stallholder fees are donated to the Wellness Centre so that they can continue to support people of all ages on the Sunshine Coast to live well with cancer.

What: Cotton Tree Christmas Carols

When/Where: Saturday 7 December – From 4:30pm – Cotton Tree Park, Cotton Tree Parade

Description: Come and enjoy a wonderful Christmas celebration with entertainment, food and fun on Saturday, December from 4:30pm at Cotton Tree Park. 

Bring a blanket or chair and join us for a night of celebration.

We will have entertainment, food stalls, coffee, fireworks and a visit from santa.


The event will finish at approximately 8:30pm with a fireworks display.

What: Sunshine Coast Collective Markets

When/Where: Sunday 8 December – 8:30am – 12:30pm – Coolum Beach Primary School

Description: Sunshine Coast Collective Markets isn’t just your average market….. it is a collective of over 100 local Sunshine Coast designers, musicians, artists, foodies, creators, vintage wares and lifestyle lovers. No mass produced or cheap imported products to be found!

What: Welcome Summer

When/Where: Sunday 8 December – From 4pm – The Post Office Bar, Ocean Street

Description: After a little break, we are back with our Brazilian Party. Great way to catch up with friends and celebrate a bit of our culture. The guys from Samba Brissy are back playing all your favourite Samba & Pagode tunes. Caipiroskas will be flowing as always and we will also have Coxinha, Cassava Portions and Brigadeiro!!!
