It was a hot Summer afternoon at Lexis Byron Bay, but that didn’t stop students from attending the Wine & Cheese Tasting!
We had 5 varieties of wine: merlot, shiraz, rose, moscato and sauvignon blanc.
There was also an assortment of hard and soft cheeses and flavours:
- brie
- peppercorn
- cheddar
- camembert
- gouda
- chives and onion
- apricot
When the Swiss were asked what their favourite cheese was they exclaimed
“we’re Swiss! We love ALL cheese!”
When Rosa was asked what her favourite wine was she giggled
“Rose! Because it is my name!”
It was a perfect way to spend an afternoon with friends.
A casual and fun environment to speak in English and laugh!
