Free Weekly Meditation | Mooloolaba Beach

When/Where: Saturday 26 September – From 6:30-7:30am

Description: Start your weekend off in the best way possible with a free sunrise meditation and mindfulness session at Mooloolaba Beach with the crew from Making Meditation Mainstream!

What to expect…
1. Look out for the beach flag and the music
2. You will get a big welcome from one of our Beach Crew Leaders
3. If you have never meditated – we will give you a couple of tips to get started for the first time – its so simple and easy.
4. we will sit and take in all the ‘awesomeness’ of the beach
5. One of the beach crew leaders will let you know when the 20mins is up … normally with some music..
6. There is normally a quick 2-3 minute chat at the end – just to wish everyone an awesome weekend…
and thats it…
20 minutes of taking the time to just STOP, turn off the AUTO switch, and take a moment to just sit, breathe, connect and appreciate the beach and life …

Cotton Tree Markets

Description: We are back! Cotton Tree Market will be on this Sunday from 7AM – 12PM, so be sure to grab your mates and come check out all of your fave stalls and discover new ones too. Enjoy a yummy breakfast or lunch, enjoy the local market goodness supporting Sunshine Coast designers every week and be a part of this awesome community event.

Find clothing, jewellery, gifts, books, plants, home-wares and many other surprises all set in amongst the gorgeous Cotton Tree shopping village precinct and yes, that means endless coffee options and treats with the beach nearby!
By coming along to our Sunday morning Market, you are assisting Bloomhill Cancer Care help others! Cotton Tree Market is a not-for-profit event that raises much needed funds through stallholder fees that directly supports the amazing work of Bloomhill, who are there every day of the year for Sunshine Coast people living with cancer and their families. See you there on SUNDAY!

Whether you are shopping for a gift, or for yourself, or simply looking for a location to meet up with a friend, our markets are a great addition to your weekend plans. Local Artisans, Foodies, Growers and Musicians
Why? Because it’s awesome! Parking? We have lots of parking options along Barns Lane, but if you arrive when it’s pumping, there is also parking on the large oval next to the market. (Look for a ‘More Parking’ sign)

StrEATside at The Met

When/Where: Sunday 27 September – From 11am – 8pm – The Met, Maroochydore

Description: A new weekly street food market in the heart of the new Maroochydore City Centre, every Sunday 11am-8pm. Enjoy delicious food from 20 street food vendors, sip on craft beer and cocktails (from Your Mates Brewing Co.) and wine, watch 6 hours of live music, play lawn games and relax under the shade of umbrellas in a family-friendly atmosphere. Like a Sunday ‘picnic in the park’ … but you don’t have to bring anything!

Plenty of free parking right next to the market.
