ALEX SUMMER CARNIVAL

When/Where: All Weekend – FRI & SAT from 5-10pm – SUN from 5-9:30pm – Alexandra Park Conference Centre

Description: GATE ENTRY: $3 per person. QR Registration at the GATE RIDES: available to pre-purchase online or at the gate

A summer carnival is on it’s way to Alexandra Headlands, in the heart of this iconic beach community.
Food Truckin’ Fun Fair is excited to bring all our carnival fun for the holiday season. Head to the beach by the day and to the Summer Carnival at night with the event taking place daily from 5pm.

Currimundi Lake Twilight Markets

When/Where: Friday 15 January – From 4pm – 

Description: Set on the gorgeous Currimundi Lake, this market runs on the third Friday of each month, 4pm-8pm. The Currimundi Twilight Market is the ultimate locals hangout! With Your Mates pouring icy cold beer on tap, plus a few choice wines, its the perfect area to bring a picnic blanket and watch the sunset over the picturesque Currimundi Lake. This is a food lover’s dream with up to 20 unique food stalls to choose from!

This market is eco-friendly, with no power or generators in use to reduce noise and environmental pollution. Stallholders provide all their products in eco-friendly packaging and we do not bring in lighting that could disrupt the local animals, such as the turtles who often nest nearby. Local cafes, Coco’s and Kite Thrills, also stay open until late to provide you with your late-night coffee fix or ice-cream craving! Bring a picnic blanket and join us for dinner on the Currimundi Lake on the third Friday of each month, 4pm-8pm!

Summertime Vino and Vibes

When/Where: All Weekend – From 2pm – Mooloolaba Esplanade

Description: Summer is well and truly here! Join us for a month-long Vino and Vibes pop-up event on the Mooloolaba Esplanade where we’ll be showcasing our favourite summer wines along with tasty ‘seaside’ treats by the City Winery chefs. Summertime Vino and Vibes will happen daily from 2pm right in the heart of Mooloolaba overlooking world reknowned Mooloolaba Beach! Local buskers will fill the air with wonderful music as you kick back, sample great wine and relax after a day on the sand.

Monthly Sunday Sessions

When/Where: Sunday 17 January – From 12pm – NightQuarter, 8 The Avenue, Birtinya

Description: Sunday Sessions are all about island vibes, local brews, colourful cocktails, craft workshops and live tunes. Join us once a month on a Sunday afternoon from 12-7pm for furry friend outings, family-friendly fun and foodie adventures.

Most Sundays will include the best finds of clothing or vinyl markets!

Sundays at the Wharf feat Samuel Jordan

When/Where: Sunday 17 January – From 12pm – The Wharf, Mooloolaba

Description: Monday morning will be a million miles from your mind when you end your weekend relaxing to the soothing sounds of a local muso Samuel Jordan. He will be bringing his reggae vibes to the Wharf’s courtyard from 12pm. It’s the perfect finish to the weekend!

Sunset Paddle w/ The Kindness Collective

When/Where: Sunday 17 January – From 5pm – Cotton Tree Pier

Description: Join us for a relaxed sunset social paddle this Sunday at Cotton Tree! Next paddle is on Sunday 17th January at 5pm. Weather conditions may affect the paddle so just keep an eye on the event page and make sure you’re following our Facebook page for notifications, or sign up to our email list at www.kindnesscollective.com.au
