Last Thursday at Lexis Sydney – Manly our wonderful students enjoyed our fun, monthly Sausage Sizzle!
Sizzling up some fun at Lexis Sydney – Manly! From backyard barbeques to beachside picnics, Aussies love nothing more than firing up the barbie and cooking up a storm. So to help give our students the full Australian experience, we held a classic Aussie Sausage Sizzle last Friday. Everyone had a lovely afternoon getting to know new friends & enjoying each others company.
All classes gathered for the event on our student lounge balcony. We worked up some magic over the barbie, serving up an Aussie classic – a sausage sizzle or ‘snag.’ Barbequing in Australia is about more than just the food. It’s a chance to gather with friends and family, and enjoy some quality time together. Whether it’s a casual weekend gathering or a big holiday celebration, barbequing is all about coming together and having fun.
As we reminisce on this wonderful event, our students are left with cherished memories and a renewed sense of connection. It was a day of laughter, delicious food, and the warmth of community, reminding us of the importance of our coming together to embrace new experiences together.
