Friday Fun: Beer Pong, Pizza & Good Times at Lexis Sydney-Manly!
What better way to celebrate the end of the week than with good food, fun games, and great company? This Friday afternoon, the Lexis Sydney-Manly student lounge came alive as we wrapped up the week with a fun combo – beer pong and pizza! With the music pumping and smiles all around, students came together to start the weekend the Lexis way – relaxed, social and full of laughter. Everyone joined in, made new friends and enjoyed the perfect mix of friendly competition and laid-back fun. It was the kind of afternoon that reminded us just how special it is to be part of an incredible, international community. 
The friendly beer pong tournament quickly brought out everyone’s competitive (and hilarious!) side, with teams forming and winning streaks. Laughter filled the lounge as some of us discovered hidden talents… and others just enjoyed the challenge and good vibes! Of course, no Friday session is complete without pizza – and we had plenty to go around. Students grabbed slices between games, relaxed on the couches, and chatted about their weekend plans. It was a chilled, social afternoon that gave everyone a chance to unwind after a week of studying, make new friends, and practice English in a relaxed, fun environment.
Beyond the fun and games, it was also a great opportunity for students to practice their English in a relaxed and natural setting. Whether it was cheering on teammates, chatting over pizza, or making new friends from different countries, everyone was using their language skills without even thinking about it. Events like these make learning English feel easy and enjoyable – and help build confidence outside the classroom.
