At Lexis Manly today, we joyfully greeted 13 new students who have arrived from various parts of the world, such as Czech Republic, Germany, Japan, Turkey and Switzerland. It was an inspiring sight to see 13 new students, each representing a new story, a diverse cultural background, and a shared excitement for a fulfilling educational experience. We are delighted to welcome all of you onboard!
They all had their orientation day today, which included a writing and speaking test, followed by the creation of an individual study plan for each student. After being assigned to their classes, they had the chance to explore our campus and get to know each other better. Orientation day is a celebration of global connections, as our students have the opportunity to connect with peers from various parts of the world. During their lunch break, they discovered Manly together, shared about their home countries, and then enjoyed a fun ‘Walk and Talk’ tour around Manly with our teacher Mick.
This week signifies the commencement of their academic pursuits, and we are thrilled to be there to support them on their unique journeys. We look forward to the incredible contributions each of you will make to our campus, and we are excited to witness the transformative influence of your presence within our Lexis Manly family. The addition of these new students enhances the diversity of our school, fostering a vibrant setting for learning and cultivating international friendships. We look forward to witnessing all their achievements! Wishing you a wonderful time at Lexis Manly!
