An awesome Capoeira lesson at Lexis Manly!
Welcome to Lexis Manly’s first ever capoeira class – where every kick, twist, and turn is a step towards discovering your inner warrior. Today at Lexis Manly our students had the opportunity to learn the art of capoeira – a Brazilian type of Martial Arts that combines dance, aerobatics and music. Our capoeira class offered our students a unique opportunity to explore this captivating Brazilian martial art while cultivating strength, agility, and cultural appreciation.

Originating from Brazil, capoeira is not merely a martial art; it’s a cultural phenomenon that embodies the rich history and spirit of its people. Combining elements of dance, acrobatics, and music, capoeira is a mesmerising blend of athleticism and artistry. At Lexis Manly, our students delved into this dynamic practice today under the guidance of a professional instructor, Lucas, who is passionate about sharing their love for the art form.
