Today we are celebrating our 12 amazing graduates and course finishers at Lexis Manly.
Today’s graduation not only got us emotional but even made the sky cry! Luckily nothing can stop our students from celebrating their new friends and each other’s hard work. The popular beach graduation got moved to our balconies, where you can watch the ocean regardless of the weather. We are saying goodbye to students who have been part of the Lexis Manly family for the past 2 – 36 weeks, each with their individual goals and dreams. It was amazing to see how each student make the most of their time and improve their English significantly.
After 23 weeks Emilien‘s time at Lexis has come to an end, we are sad to see him leave and so are his teachers and friends. He has settled in so quickly and became a very popular student, he was always friendly to all the new additions to our Lexis Manly family and kept making more connections. His passion and drive was obvious in class, where he added a big value with his creative approaches and smart questions. We wish him a great time in Melbourne with his sisters and hope he enjoys Australia before returning back to France next year.
After 3 month’s Yasmin is leaving Sydney with a big smile on her face – could that be due to her teacher trying to make this emotional day more joyful by dressing up?!
Since her very first day with us, we knew this student is incredibly ambitious and could reach any goal she sets herself. She has a clear vision for her future and works hard to reach her goals. We are excited to hear that she will be transferring to our campus in Noosa and take on the next challenge: a Cambridge certificate. We hope you enjoy your time exploring different Lexis campuses and wish you all the best for your studies in Australia and back home in Switzerland!
We got to know our lovely Elif very well over the past 36 weeks, she has made a big impact and will be missed by many. Her journey was amazing to watch, after joining the Lexis Manly campus she was assigned to an elementary class due to her low English. Her hard work and great participation in class quickly paid off and gave her the chance to move up. Today’s she graduates from an upper intermediate class and has improved her English immensely. We are happy that you fell in love with Australia and will continue your hard work with your upcoming IELTS preparation class. All the best!
