Job tasks and responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for Mixology and all tasks related to our cocktail bar environment, soon to be renovated and refurbished

Our Crew members are the life blood of GYG. You are on the front line, greeting customers, taking orders, rolling burritos, re-stocking the fridges, basic food prep, wiping tables, and learning other roles across the team. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensure a premium dining experience for all patrons of Brouhaha. To follow the direction of and assist FOH management and Supervisors as well as kitchen staff to ensure outstanding customer service and show great attention to detail.
Some of the key responsibilities of the role include;
Set up and pack down of the restaurant
Follow the direction of Supervisors
Follow all checklists and procedures provided
Provide exceptional customer service
Taking both food and drink orders promptly and ensure customers have everything they need to enjoy their experience
Have knowledge of the menu options and beverages available and be able to answer questions and make recommendations
Understand Brouhaha’s core range and the brewing process conducted onsite
Prepare beverages and serve to guests
Use of EFTPOS and POS systems
Cash handling
Regular cleaning and maintenance
