Overview

About the roles: 

With our 2024 calendar of events commencing, we are seeking to employ multiple team members including:

Front of house – Wait & Bar Staff 

  • Evening 3pm – midnight shifts
  • Table and tray service of beers and wines; Bar service for spirits and cocktails
  • Current RSA required (Or willingness to attain)
  • Previous hospitality experience preferable but not required
  • Multiple roles available with 15 hours (1-2 shifts) available or 30+ hours (4 shifts) available for the right person
  • $32 p/h Monday – Friday; $36 p/h Saturday; $42 p/h Sunday (*Adult Casual Rate)
  • Food service of canapes, sharing platters, individual drop menus

Back of house – Kitchen hand / Dishy 

  • Evening 2/3pm – 10pm shifts
  • Support the kitchen with prep, dish washing and ensuring high level of cleanliness in the kitchen
  • Ability to work autonomously at end of the night to clean down kitchen
  • Available Thursday, Friday & Saturday’s
  • 15 hours per week
  • Hourly rate from $29 p/h (higher rate available with experience)

Administration/Customer Service (Weekend and Casual Support), Holiday Mooloolaba

We are a multi-faced based business located in Mooloolaba seeking a reliable, self-motivated, well-presented person to work up to 20hrs a week on a casual basis, the candidate must be available every weekend (Saturday and Sunday), and most Mondays, some public holidays, plus have the flexibility for other weekday and annual leave relief. Reporting to the Senior Property Manager you will be responsible for providing office support and customer service assistance and be the “face of the business” by managing the front desk. Job Description 

  • Complete check-in-check out process for all guests
  • Oversee daily House Keeping
  • Process new bookings via phone/email
  • Respond to all email and phone enquires in a timely manner
  • Attend to all incoming maintenance requests and customer feedback
  • General data entry and office admin assistance
  • Greet visitors and handle tenant, contractor, and customer complaints and enquiries with a warm and friendly manner and record and communicate information received.
  • Assisting the Marina Manager with check-ins and check-outs.

Skills and experience

  • Previous experience with a high call volume reception
