Reading the Cards, Welcoming the Year.
Our tarot card reading session was a calm and reflective way to begin the new year. Students gathered to explore the cards, learn a little about their symbolism and enjoy a moment of quiet conversation after the holiday break. The activity wasn’t about predicting the future but about sharing thoughts, asking questions and seeing how different cards can inspire reflection.
With 2026 just beginning, many students were curious about themes like new beginnings, fresh goals and the year ahead. The cards offered a gentle way to talk about these ideas, compare perspectives and practise English in a relaxed setting.
