On Wednesday afternoon, our Cambridge students and friends went on a beautiful afternoon cruise along the Noosa River.
Last Wednesday, was a perfect autumn afternoon as the sun was shining, the air temperature was beautiful and there was absolutely no wind. A picturesque afternoon to enjoy a sunset boat cruise along the Noosa River. A boat cruise along the Noosa River offers an opportunity to experience the natural beauty of the area up close. The river is lined with lush greenery and mangroves, and there are many sandy beaches and secluded coves to explore along the way.
Our Cambridge students, as well as their teachers and some lucky friends boarded the Noosa Queen. The Noosa Queen is one of the longest operating cruise boats on the Noosa River and she has been running daily since 1970. The Queen is a multi-decked motor vessel, offering a comfortable lounge area and a large open deck and viewing area.
Our students enjoyed some wine and nibbles together, whilst watching the sun dip below the horizon. As this happens, the river takes on a golden glow, and the sky gets painted with hues of orange, pink, and purple. It’s a magical moment, and one that is sure to stay with our students long after the cruise is over.
