Last month we welcomed Ben from D’Aguilar Wildlife back to school to turn our classroom into an Aussie wildlife show!
Ben always brings a wide variety of Australia’s most beloved animals for ours students to meet, interact with and learn about. His passion and knowledge for the animals is infectious and it’s an incredible opportunity for our students to meet some of Australia’s best know animals. This time, we were fortunate enough to meet a bearded dragon, a blue tongued skink, a baby crocodile, two sugar gliders, a carpet python and a koala!
A hugely popular activity, this is one that our students will remember for the rest of their lives. They can get up close with the animals and take plenty of photos to brag to their friends and family at home about how they got to meet an adorable koala, stroke an echidna’s spikes or even get up close and personal with a crocodile aptly named Snappy Jack!
When you think of Australia, you think of sun, surfing and wildlife and at our Noosa campus, you can tick off a bucket list item by meeting these beloved Aussie animals in your very own classroom!
