Farewell, Friends: Celebrating Those Who Graduate This Week at Lexis Noosa
At Lexis English Noosa, we celebrate the achievements and journeys of our students each week as they graduate and move on to exciting new adventures. This week, we bid a heartfelt farewell to a group of exceptional individuals whose stories of hard work, growth, and future aspirations inspire us all. Let’s take a closer look at their incredible journeys.
Robbie, Maria Jose, Lynn, Morena & Natsumi
Today we say farewell to 5 graduates from our Upper Intermediate class who have been a core of the class and they will be missed dearly, they have been over the top outstanding, participating, active, chatty and a lot of fun to have in class.
Morena will be moving on to Brisbane and then Byron. She had to make a sharp exit after graduation as she is going skydiving this afternoon!
Lynn has been studying with us for 8 weeks and will stay in Noosa for the next two weeks to enrol in our Barista course before moving on to Surfer’s Paradise.
Robbie plans to travel to New Zealand as well as Tasmania to keep exploring the Southern Hemisphere before returning to Switzerland.
Maria Jose graduates today having watched her children graduate last Friday. She will be returning to Chile with her family and it will be back to normal life.
Natsumi has been here studying for 12 weeks and after graduating will continue to live and work in Noosa.
Kanna
Kanna, from Japan, has been studying here in Noosa for the past 3 weeks during her holidays from University. She has been in our Intermediate class and after graduating will head south to Brisbane to explore the city and will return to Japan to continue studying. Kanna also revealed that she is an amazing ballroom dancer!
Martin
Martin started in our Elementary class but upon graduating he managed to progress to our pre-intermediate class. He will continue to enjoy the surf in Noosa before he returns to Chile to finish his final year at high school.
Elena & Annika
Elena has been studying here for the past two months whilst Annika has been at Lexis for two weeks in our Advanced class. Upon graduating, both plan to travel around Australia and see the sights. They both speak beautifully and their contributions in class have been exceptional throughout their time with us.
Zoe & Guillerme
Zoe had been living and working but wasn’t getting the chance to practice her English and so decided to enrol at Lexis. She has spent the past month studying with us at Lexis and has been an eager student asking challenging questions to her teacher.
Guillerme has been with Lexis for 10 months and upon graduating will begin studying IT. His English has improved drastically during his time here in Noosa and he has been an integral part of the class always ensuring the atmosphere in the classroom was buzzing.
Akane
Akane, from Japan has spent the past two weeks studying in our Elementary class. She is a 3rd year Biology student and will return to university to continue her studies. She has progressed really well in the short time she has been studying and she was ever-present in our activities on offer that showcase the best that Noosa has to offer.
Alex
Alex has studied at Lexis for over a year in total, first coming to Lexis Noosa in late 2022. He feels like part of the furniture around the campus and he will be truly missed as he moves onwards to the next step of his life. Alex is a very talented baker and chef and will go on to study an advanced diploma in pastry to pursue a career as a pastry chef. We wish you all the best with your future endeavours and are grateful to have had such a wonderful student as Alex.
