Myriam is 21, from Switzerland, and began her English journey with Lexis Byron Bay on February 17th — eight unforgettable weeks of sun, surf, skydiving and friendships that will last.

Why Byron Bay?

Myriam chose Byron Bay because she loves small towns — coming from a small country, big cities are not common for her. She also really wanted to experience beach life. The location of the school and accommodation was perfect — just a few blocks from both the beach and town centre.

Favourite memories

My favourite memories include meeting people from all over the world and making close friends — especially Laura, who started the same day as me. We connected instantly! I also went skydiving, which was a dream come true.
