THURSDAY STUDENT NIGHT IN BRISBANE
At Lexis Brisbane, our activities have highlighted friendship, discovery, and enjoying everything our lively city has to offer, including the popular Brisbane Pub. It’s been a wonderful end to the term, filled with shared experiences and new adventures. We believe that learning happens everywhere—not just in the classroom—allowing students to use English in real settings while building strong connections and creating lasting memories with their friends.
Every so often, we hold a pub night—and it’s always a great way for students to relax, socialise, and practise their English in a fun environment. This week, we decided to mix things up and turn our usual Pub Night into a lively Karaoke Session! They were able to step out of their comfort zones, take the microphone, and perform for their friends and classmates. The room was filled with laughter, cheering, and plenty of memorable moments. It was a fantastic night of confidence-building and unforgettable performances
Last night’s games with Roamer were full of energy and laughter! We kicked things off with a lively round of musical chairs, where Asher claimed victory in a thrilling showdown against Ivan. Emre was our lucky winner of the skydiving voucher raffle, taking home the ultimate prize of the night.
We also played Limo, with Lena making it all the way to the final round. The competition was so close that the winner had to be decided with a dramatic game of paper–scissors–rock. The bar got so low it was unbelievable — and absolutely hilarious!
It was a fantastic night of fun, friendly competition, and unforgettable moments.
Kenshiro took the mic with an amazing performance, and Hannah and Tat also jumped in with their own karaoke song. It was such a fun and fresh activity for everyone — full of music, laughter, and great vibes. We loved watching, listening, and enjoying every moment!
What a fun night — dancing, singing, playing games, and enjoying each other’s company outside of campus. It was the perfect way to unwind and connect.
