Lexis Brisbane – A Visit to Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary – 21.04.23

Lots of Furry Friends!

One of the activities that our students get the most excited about here at Lexis Brisbane is our visits to the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary, and it was very nice to see this group of wildlife explorers enjoy their experience. Visiting the sanctuary is an amazing experience, where you can get up close and personal with some of Australia’s most iconic animals. Located in Fig Tree Pocket, just outside of Brisbane, the sanctuary is home to over 130 koalas, as well as a variety of other native Australian animals like kangaroos. Our trips to Lone Pine never disappoint!

Feeding the kangaroos was definitely Hugo and Keesha’s favourite moment, and they both became quite popular with the kangaroos themselves!

Our Lexis Brisbane students said that they will be back to visit Lone Pine again and we will definitely be sure to have more trips to the sanctuary in the future!
