We don’t do graveyard shifts, everyone starts at 4am and finishes at 12:30 so you can have a life and family. We rotate weekends so no one works every weekend. Bakers are supplied with a healthy cooked breakfast daily of their choice and as much coffee they want!

You need to have professional sourdough experience and pastry experience. All our bakers are craftsmen and you will be too. Everyone has lovely attitudes at Sunday and the head baker is extremely nice, works as hard as any one if not harder.
