Food Stall All Rounder

Job Description: We are hiring for working at NightQuarter and our off-site catering company. Night Quarter is an ever-evolving festival of flavour and sound in a shipping container playground staring 6th November in Birtinya. Our shipping container is next to one of the stages where live music, experiential artists will perform.

We are big in team culture and proud of what we deliver in food and experience. Operating every Friday and Saturday from 4 pm-10 pm every Sunday from 12 pm-6 pm

Duties would include (but not limited to) taking orders, managing the lineup (those waiting to order and those that are waiting to collect), cash handling, food preparation, some basic cleaning and managing stock levels.

Miss Pickle is a premium Souvlaki Offer.  We use only the freshest of ingredients and traditional, time tested, cooking methods from the Mediterranean region. 

About the role

The role is for front of house team members and leaders. Duties include:

Taking customer orders, running of food to tables, clearing food to tables, cleaning tables and general cleaning tasks. 

Maintaining a clean and tidy restaurant.

Leadership duties include rostering, training of staff, complaints resolution, liaison between store and head office.
