Housekeeper/cleaner
Job Description: Looking for an experienced cleaner to clean apartments. You will need your own ABN, and insurance, etc. Some EQUIPMENT & transport is required. But, all chemicals will be supplied.

Job Description: Apex Camps Sunshine Coast is part of the highly successful Apex Camps group of properties. Situated at Twin Water, Sunshine Coast. Apex Camps provides full meal packages delivered at both the camp dining rooms and off-site catering locations to our visiting groups, who include school camps, sporting and community groups, and corporate retreats.
Reporting directly to the Kitchen Cook, the kitchen assistant will be partially responsible and assist with, the execution of the meal service for camps and functions including:
- Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene is maintained.
- Follow safe food handling procedures and processes.
- Work well with a team that is already in place to provide high-quality level of service to our groups.
- Ensure kitchen duties are operating within health and safety standards as per the Apex Camps Food Safety Programme.
- Assist with catering for special dietary needs as advised.
- Assist management in the security of food/equipment to prevent spoilage or theft.
- Assist with stock supplies and rotation.
The successful applicant may have experience with a commercial or large-scale cooking facility, be committed to working in and contributing to a harmonious team environment that values reliable team members looking to perform at their best.
Due to the nature and scope of Apex Camps Sunshine Coast 7 days a week catering operations, you will be required to be available for rostered work weekends, public holidays, and after hours.
