1. FOH Position
Job Description: Our little French-Canadian bistro in Marcoola is seeking an experienced wait staff to work with our passionate small team (evening shifts, special functions & Saturday/Sunday mornings).
We are closed Mondays & Tuesdays.
Immediate start is required offering somewhere between 25-32 hours/week.
This is a casual position that could become a part-time/full time position in the next months, for the right person.
The perfect candidate must be reliable, fun, focused, passionate with great customer service ethic, good manners & respectful towards the guests and the team. Good cocktails /wines knowledge as well as gastronomy is required – meticulous and hard working is a must! We aim to provide outstanding service and food in a casual environment (this is not fine dining however – We are a Bistro!). We wish the right candidate to be a passionate for this industry and have a positive attitude towards all the tasks and responsibilities given (including cleaning)!
Backpackers are more then welcome to apply as long as they are willing to stay for at least 3 months!
