To be considered for kitchen hands position, you must possess the following:
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine
- Fine Dining experience would be preferred
- Trade Qualifications
- Must have commercial kitchen experience.
- Must be reliable and self-sufficient.
- You will have a valid working visa / residency – this is essential to this role.
- Your CV must have professional referees with both email and updated telephone numbers included
- Good English communication
- Japanese speaking is preferred but not required
To be considered for floor staff position, you must possess the following:
- Previous experience in working in a high-volume bar
- Cocktail experience is desirable

- Flexible availability, nights and weekends are preferred
- Hold a current RSA
