The restaurant provides an expectational dining experience for all offering authentic Japanese cuisine from Queensland’s best chef. We are currently looking for vibrant, passionate and experienced floor staff  to join our team.

And fantastic opportunities are now available for skilled kitchen hands, Cooks and Apprentices of all levels to join us.

To be considered for kitchen hands position, you must possess the following:

  • Knowledge of Japanese cuisine 
  • Fine Dining experience would be preferred
  • Trade Qualifications
  • Must have commercial kitchen experience.
  • Must be reliable and self-sufficient.
  • You will have a valid working visa / residency – this is essential to this role. 
  • Your CV must have professional referees with both email and updated telephone numbers included
  • Good English communication 
  • Japanese speaking is preferred but not required

To be considered for floor staff position, you must possess the following:

  • Previous experience in working in a high-volume bar
  • Cocktail experience is desirable
  • Undeniable pride for creating and delivering consistent, memorable experiences
  • Be a positive and collaborative team player
  • Open to learning and ready for growth
  • Flexible availability, nights and weekends are preferred
  • Hold a current RSA
  • Japanese speaking is preferred but not required

Please note – If applying for the Barista or Shift Supervisor role, you are required to have full availability including weekends.  You will also be required to demonstrate your skillset in a work trial and must have your own reliable personal transport to attend the shifts during our operating hours.
