Gessica Gambaro is the toast of her class after coming 7th in her age group last weekend competing in the Noosa Triathlon.
The Noosa Triathlon is one of the biggest triathlon events in Australia and attracts over 8,500 competitors. Gessica competed in the 15 to 20 year olds age group. She is studying for the Cambridge Advanced Certificate, which she will take here in Noosa in December and says that it is a wonderful opportunity to be able to study for the exam in such a beautiful place and be able to compete in one of the sport of triathlon’s most famous events.
That’s an amazing result in a field that included Olympic athletes and professional runners…wow!
