This week, we are delighted to welcome Lars to the Lexis Byron Bay family.
Lars is from Switzerland where he has been working in early childcare. He is also a scout leader, having been a scout since he was 8 or 9 years old. Before coming to Australia, he was travelling in Japan as he loves the country and the culture. On one 10-day tour that he did around smaller towns and villages, he was the youngest group member by far! He said the next closest in age was 40 and most of the group were retired, but they all made him feel really welcome.
After studying at Lexis for four weeks, Lars will spend another month, travelling around Australia before returning to Switzerland, where he plans to train as a youth worker.
