We are thrilled to welcome 11 new students from Italy, Spain, Germany, France and Japan!
Maria joins us from Italy. Maria is here to study English but also because of Australia’s natural beauty. She wants to explore Byron and the surrounding areas, surf, spot whales and snorkel at coal reefs.
Silvia joins us from Spain. Silvia is has been working in public administration for 20-years and is taking a gap year to travel Australia and learn English. She is looking forward to discovering her new home, surfing, diving and practicing yoga.
Victoria also joins us from Spain. Victoria is an active person and lives a healthy lifestyle. She is keen on Byron’s popular sports surfing and yoga. She also hopes to make new friends who enjoy exploring the outdoors and going on adventures.
Alina joins us from Germany. Alina came to Australia for new experiences and to learn English because she wants to meet new people and socialize. She chose Byron Bay because she also wants to give surfing a try.
Toscane joins us from France. Toscane needs to improve her English in preparation for her Masters of Management which is taught in English. She found out about Byron Bay through a family friend. She is excited to experience the Aussie way of life, meet new people and enjoy coastal living.
Alison also joins us from France. Alison wants to master English so that she can live anywhere, make friends from different countries, work in English and live without limitations. She wants to improve her speaking, vocabulary and grammar at Lexis.
Ayu joins us from Japan. Ayu wants to improve her English so that she can make friends from different countries and travel the world. She is thrilled to be in beautiful Australia, it is a dream come true.
Lucy also joins us from Japan. Lucy is thrilled to be in Australia and to be learning English. Lucy surfed in Japan and is excited to surf Byron’s beaches. She also plans to work in town while studying and then look for a farm job after graduating.
Mei also joins us from Japan. Mei chose Byron Bay because of its reputation for organic food and its health communities. She is an active person but has never been surfing and really wants to try while living here.
Ikkei also joins us from Japan. At Lexis, Ikkei wants to improve his English in all areas and make new friends. He decided to study at the Byron Bay campus to be close to beautiful beaches and nature.
Aya also joins us from Japan. Aya’s hobbies are surfing, yoga and travel, so Byron Bay was very appealing. She wants to learn English to communicate with people from around the world. In the future, she plans on embarking on a surfing trip around the world.
