Vivien comes from Switzerland and will join Upper Intermediate class. She was studying at Lexis Sydney; she will stay for one week in Byron and then she will transfer to Lexis Noosa to continue her studies. Welcome Vivien!
Giorgio comes from Switzerland and will join Upper-Intermediate class! He has previously studied at Lexis Perth and Lexis Sydney. He will stay in Byron Bay for a month. Welcome Giorgio!

We also welcomed a junior’s group from Hiroshima, Japan. They will stay at Lexis Byron Bay for one week.

After their first day of class, we did the lighthouse walk. They enjoyed the views and the chats, and we were lucky enough to see a koala on the way! Before coming back to the school, we had a delicious ice-cream at Frankie’s. What an amazing way to start their first day!
Rain, one of our teachers, took Vivien, Giorgio and Shusui for a walk around Byron Bay. They saw some fruit bats on the way and also stopped at the Australian aboriginal art shop and they were lucky enough to witness the shopkeeper play the didgeridoo. The deep, resonant sound of the instrument echoed through the air, offering a real cultural experience. It was a magical, unplanned moment that gave everyone a deeper appreciation for the traditions of the area.
