This afternoon Paul and a few students were in the kitchen, making scones!
For most of the students this is the first time having a scone.
Here are the ingredients we used:
– 3 1/2 cups self-raising flour
– 2 tbsp. caster sugar
– 60g butter, chopped
– 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
– Butter & jam, to serve
