A Taste of Spain to End the Week at Lexis Byron Bay
What better way to wrap up an intense week of studying than with a delicious, home-cooked meal? Our Intermediate class at Lexis Byron Bay did just that, coming together to prepare and enjoy a traditional Spanish paella.
Each student contributed different ingredients, bringing a little personal touch to the dish. The star of the show was Jose, one of our Spanish students, who not only provided the special paella pans but also took charge of the cooking. Under his expert guidance, the class watched as the rich aromas of saffron, seafood, and spices filled the air.
As the paella simmered to perfection, everyone gathered to share stories, laughter, and of course, a fantastic meal. It was the perfect way to celebrate the end of the week—good food, great company, and a taste of Spanish culture right here in Byron Bay.
Fridays don’t get much better than this! ️
