Graduating from Mel and Kathleen’s Intermediate class is Irene! It has been an absolute pleasure having Irene at the school, and her teachers said she has really improved her English in the last few months, especially her speaking ability. Irene started in Elementary and is so happy to finish with an Intermediate grade. We wish her all the best for the future!
…and from the same class we’d like to congratulate Laura for moving up to Upper Intermediate!! It’s always exciting to graduate to the next level 🙂
And finally, we FINALLY say good bye to one of our most well-known students, Rafa. He’s been at Lexis Byron Bay on and off since January 2019. He started with us in Elementary and found speaking really hard, and has today graduated with us at Upper Intermediate!! We’re so proud of Rafael’s language development and of how far he’s come.
Rafa’s been part of the community as well, surfing and hanging out in the local spots in and around Byron. His plans are to take his famous van down to Sydney before returning home to Spain. And I’m sure we’ll see him popping his head into Lexis before his trip home. All the very, very best, Rafa!
