This week, we sadly say farewell to Laura from Lithuania, who has been studying at Lexis Byron since we reopened for business on 21 February.
Laura graduated with an A grade in Upper Intermediate and her teachers said they were particularly impressed with her speaking and vocabulary skills. She was great for a good conversation and I personally enjoyed chatting about online dating together during the Sausage Sizzle.
We wish Laura all the best with the rest of her time in Australia and her next adventures in life and love!

Anji (pictured in the lilac dress) above and below has been teaching at Lexis Byron Bay for over 10 years but has decided it’s now time to retire so that she can concentrate on other things, including her current arts degree. Luckily, it’s not completely goodbye as she’s agreed to be our go-to emergency teacher whenever we are need so some lucky students will still get to experience her classes.
