Farewell, Friends: Celebrating This Month’s Graduates at Lexis Brisbane
At Lexis English Brisbane, we take great pride in recognising the accomplishments and personal journeys of our students as they complete their studies and step confidently into the next chapter of their lives. This month, we say a warm and heartfelt goodbye to a wonderful group of graduates whose dedication, progress, and future ambitions continue to inspire our whole community. Join us as we celebrate their achievements and reflect on the remarkable paths they’ve taken.
5th December :


Anina has been with us for 3 months, and it is very bittersweet to see her go! Isabel remembers Anina’s first-ever day! Anina’s first ever nails in Australia, and she believes Anina has spent her time in Australia so well. She is an expert in everything she has achieved in her 3 months! Anina has completed her Cambridge Course and did an extra week of IELTS before she returns to Switzerland.
Manon has been studying at Lexis for a month. She has completed her Cambridge Course and did an extra week of IELTS as well. She is an amazing student and we will her all the best in Switzerland.

Lisa has been studying in Brisbane for 3 months and graduated from her course with 100% Attendance. Lisa has not only been an amazing student to teach but a wonderful person to have on campus. She will travel to Perth to meet another graduate student from Lexis, explore the city, and then return to Taiwan.
Kurumi has studied at Lexis for one month and will only be in Australia for one more day before returning to Japan and continuing her office job.

Mana has been studying at Lexis for 3 months now. She will be staying and looking for a job in Australia til March, then she will return to Japan.
Taiki has also been studying at Lexis for 3 months! He is travelling to Bundaberg to complete his 90 days of work in rural Australia! He will then move back to Brisbane and build his new life here.

Joy has studied with us for 11 weeks and will be returning to Korea to look for a job and start planning her Wedding! We couldn’t be happier for Joy and wish her and her soon-to-be husband all the best!
Bonnie has been at Lexis for 3 months and is now off to Sydney to explore and visit the Opera House, which she has always wanted to go to. She will be there for 4 days and will then return to Taiwan.

Julien is flying and travelling to lots of places before he returns to France to work. He is starting his travels in Bali, then flying to New Zealand to explore the beautiful nature, culture and beaches there. He will meet us with friends he has made at Lexis in Sydney and spend New Year’s Eve celebrating the amazing year they have had and watching the fireworks.

Hazuki is returning home to Japan after studying at Lexis for 40 weeks with a 100% attendance record. Hazuki has been an incredible student and friend to everyone here on campus. She is so excited to be reunited with her family and her best friends once she is home. She will continue studying. She has chosen to go to university and start a course in Hospitality. We wish you all the best, Hazuki.
12th December

Nilo started Lexis studying Cambridge and has now completed it, plus an additional week on IELTS. Since being here, he has met some long life friends whom he will remember and continue to see once he returns home to Switzerland. He will be meeting his friends in Sydney to watch the New Year’s fireworks, then, when he is home, he will be joining the military.
Simon is also joining the Swiss Military to become a Missile Director when he goes home. He has been studying here for 13 weeks and has also met so many friends with whom he has explored Australia. He has been to Melbourne, which he loves, and he will be going to Sydney for New Year’s.
Mariko studied at Lexis just shy of 20 weeks, where she has gone above and beyond to be confident in her English. She started with 5 weeks of IELTS, then 12 weeks of Cambridge then finished off her time here with us with another 2 weeks of IELTS. She is now graduating with so much confidence and the skills she needs to find a job in Australia.
Riley has done 12 weeks of IELTS to prepare her for her new job as an assistant nurse and Brisbane Hospital. Riley has been such an amazing person to have her,e and we wish her all the best!


Lena has been our travelling queen while she has been studying in Brisbane for 13 weeks. She has visited Heron Island Reef, Whitehaven Beach, and she has been snorkelling, boat trips, and making the most of the sunshine that Australia has to offer. Lena is staying in Australia for only one more week before she goes home to Switzerland, where she will spend Christmas with her family and start uni in the new semester.

Rikuto has been with us for 4 weeks and will travel back to Japan!
Viktoriia is a returning student! She recently graduated with her daughter just over two months ago. She travelled for a little while with her family and has returned to study for two weeks while her daughter Marina does a 2-week barista course.
Tatjana is staying in Australia til March to travel. Her friend from Switzerland is meeting her here, and they will backpack around. She will visit Melbourne, Philip Island and see penguins and spend New Year’s in Sydney with all the friends she has made at Lexis.
Hannah is spending Christmas in Australia, her first-ever summer Christmas. She is jetting off on a solo travelling adventure and hitting all the good spots. Noosa, Sydney, Magnetic Island! Once she is home in Switzerland, she will study to become a nursery teacher.
Marine is on a working holiday visa and will travel to Cairns to complete her 88 days so she can continue to work and live in Australia and build a life here.
Fumiya is going to Sydney with his friends he has made from Lexis, then travels to Japan to start his new job.
Yuina is starting her English Literature Degree once she travels back to Japan!
19th December


Toko will be returning to high school in Japan and finishing off her studies. After high school, she wants to study Sport Science and hopes to return to Australia for a student exchange.
Chisa is such a bubbly person we have had in Brisbane! She has studied with us for 4 weeks, and we wish her all the best!

Numa started his studies doing Cambridge, where he did amazingly! He took a week off to go travelling and see a bit of Australia, then did an additional week of IELTS. He has made so many friends at Lexis! He flies back to Switzerland in 2 days, where he will spend Christmas with his family.
Nataneal started his time at Lexis at Noosa and decided to switch beach life for city life, and he has flourished! He has explored Moreton Island, been to Australia Zoo, and the Koala Life Sanctuary. Nataneal is one of the most intelligent people we have ever met! He loves to read, and we really enjoyed our morning conversations. His dad will be coming to Australia to spend some time with him here before he goes back to Switzerland to continue university.
Alan came to Lexis to do IELTS so he can continue his studies in Australia and get his Bachelor’s. We wish him the best of luck with everything he does!
Alison is leaving us too soon! She has been the sweetest to have around campus! She has always made an effort to make plans with students. She has met her bestie Estelle at Lexis. She will be staying in Australia for a while, travelling and living the summer Aussie life, before going home to Switzerland.
Isa said these students will be dearly missed, but as they are the most talkative students, the class will be very quiet now. She wishes you all the best and hope you come back to visit soon.

Tom is going back to France this weekend and spending time with his family and friends. Tom’s favourite activity was our Pub Nights. His humour and positive energy will be missed. He has made some amazing friends and memories here in Australia and at Lexis. We wish you all the best.
Lynn is on a working holiday visa and will be looking for a job after the Christmas Break.

Asher and Felisha will be going back to Taiwan to see family and friends
Peggie and Aurore will be going down to Sydney together to spend New Year’s watching the fireworks and meeting up with other students from campus.

Shana has transformed into a whole new person. She has absolutely loved her life in Australia. Her family and friends have noticed her glow, and she wants to return to Switzerland in hopes of getting a working holiday visa for Australia. Her highlights were a surfing lesson on the Gold Coast and everything Australia has to offer. We hope to see you back very soon.
Hazuka is on a working holiday visa and will be looking for a job after Christmas break and after she goes travelling with the friends she has made at Lexis.
We wish every one of our departing students the best of luck! We will miss you here at Lexis Brisbane and hope you had a wonderful time learning, exploring, and meeting new people from around the world!
